Go to the group site and go into "Edit my Membership" in the right
hand side of your screen

Hello,
You may by now have this info but in case you don't ...
Only you can remove yourself from the email list and you need to be logged on to do
it. At the right side of the blue stripe going accross the screen that says Letterboxing
North America - USA will be a link : [ Edit My Membership ]. Click on it and you will
be taken to a page where you can chose "No Email". Select this, scroll down the page
and click on the "Save Changes" button and you should be all set.
